His work was thoughtful: minimizing intrusion into walls where possible, and cleaning up once complete. He listens and reacts well to observations: he works WITH you. A great experience. Very responsive, professional, and personable. I was out of the area for work and had an issue at one of my rentals. They helped me over the phone troubleshoot the issue that my tenant was experiencing. Played a little bit of phone tag and resolved the problem promptly. Highly recommended.
