Ed's Pressure Washing

Ed cleaned our gutters and downspouts this past fall and now returned this spring for house & roof wash. We had a lot of moss that had accumulated on our roof. Ed treated the problem areas and it all came off! We were amazed! He even did our shed roof which was also moss covered and power washed our front cement sidewalk which came out looking new! From giving an estimate to scheduling services & then arriving at our home, Ed was in constant communication. He called to move up our scheduled date when he had an earlier opening & also called to let me know when he was running late the morning of the job. I hate to do this because I don't like hurting other business's as I have my own, but the reviews of Ed's Pressure Washing being a no show is 100% legitimate. Ed, I'd be happy to change my review if you do good by us. My experience at first was good. Ed showed up the same day I called to look at the property and provide us with an estimate. I called him back a few days later to schedule a date and time. He committed to a date and time but then he did not show. I attempted to call, no answer. I texted and no response. I emailed as well, still nothing. I did ask him last we spoke for a copy of his insurance, and I feel that after I did that instead of informing me that he did not have insurance, he just decided to not show. I could be wrong. Ed and his team did an excellent job. Our roof, siding and gutters came out looking brand new. Several people even asked us if we put on a new roof. It was that much of a transformation.
