Ed Callahan remodeling replaced a leaky skylight and repaired a couple of vent pipes on the roof. This was by far one of the better experiences with getting repair work done on the house. They communicated very well - and the estimator showed up on time, was very nice, and provided a very reasonable estimate the next business day. Ed worked with my schedule to get a crew out the next week I called, and they showed up on time, and were done early! The one guy Sean I worked with was very professional, and offered to take his shoes off in the house (very much appreciated). The new skylight looks great, and they crew did a great job at cleaning up - there was no trace of any debris or anything in the yard. After we were hit by a major hail storm last year we were left with damage to our roof, siding, deck privacy wall, window capping, etc. Ed came out promptly and helped me work on getting extra damages covered that the insurance claims adjuster had missed by calling and speaking to the insurance representative himself. Ed's team did a great job on the repairs down to the smallest details which even included asking me if I would like to have the white plumbing vent pipes painted black so they would blend in better. The way the chimney flashing and cement chimney cap Ed's guys replaced was done went above and beyond what other contractors were doing on other damaged houses on our street... they also did a great job cleaning up nails and debris. Can't praise this company more. They did new roof, fascias, gutters, skylights, chimney crowns, and 3 new windows for us. Quality of work consistently high and any suggestions they had seemed based on the desire to do the work right the first time. The crew was professional and a pleasure to work with, and the company even went above and beyond to repair some yard damage (muddy, muddy winter) once the job was done. We'd highly recommend, and plan on using them for some other upcoming window replacements.

Starting with a small roof repair several years ago I have gone on to use Edward Callahan LLC for new windows, new front door, new hardwood floors, a new kitchen, a new master bath and other misc work including gutter cleaning and repairs. The guys are all courteous and respond to your concerns right away. They arrive on time, do not leave a mess and do not disappear middle of a project. The result is first class!
