I was looking for a local contractor to assist me in the site work preparation and placement of a modular home on a basement. I found Ed Hulme through local reviews and had heard favorable reviews of their work. After meeting with Jason and Korey Hulme, I was convinced quickly that they understood what I wanted and that they could meet my expectations. From the beginning of my project, I knew I was in good hands and I felt more like family than a client. At every stage of the process, I was informed and in the know. If I called, it was answered. When an unforeseen problem arose and could have halted progress, the Hulme team took care of it and took the stress I was feeling off of my shoulders. I have had three projects completed in the last 12 months. A new driveway, two tieredback deck and a basement bathroom. Jason, Alfie, Sam and Tyler were all professional, prompt, conscientious, and respectful. I would not hesitate to recommend Ed Hulme General Contractors. They often made suggestions i had not considered, resulting in more functionality of the spaces. They were a pleasure to gave at my home.

They quoted and performed a remodel of our old 3 sided barn. Project included moving the electric meter from inside the 3 bay addition to outside and enclosed the opening for garage doors. Alfie and his crew did an awesome job matching the existing rough cut lumber perfectly! After the job was complete, the door company came to do the install with no complications at all. The installers even commented on what a nice job they did, thanks guys!

Hulme Construction was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Alfie came out and discussed the new back deck I wanted put on my park model trailer. He explained what was possible and what options I had. Tyler and Sam completed the project on time and so professionally. They were very respectful and the porch exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them highly.

Good people who are very understanding. They also hire other companies if they can’t complete a job in a time frame you need and all the subcontractors were top notch as well. Overall just a friendly fair company. Thank you! *jobs done were extensive electrical and plumbing work.
