Tyler Is A Very Nice Man And He did A GREAT Job Fixing Our Dryer, But I Cannot Even Begin To Believe That We Were Charged Well Over $400. Dollars For A Service That Took Just Twenty Minutes To Complete, And Our Receipt Shows That The Parts Needed Cost Less Than Twenty dollars? We Fell Very Ripped Off, Taken Advantage Of And Cheated By Sears? !!! A Company That I Once Had Great Respect For Growing Up? !!! What Is Going On Here? !!! (For An Additional $100 Dollars We Could Have Purchased A Brand New Dryer!)

Tyler made a diagnosis of the problem with the washer, ordered the right parts. When the parts arrived he was here the next day and finished the repair within an hour. Very pleasant fellow. I was very satisfied with his work.

Rodney was efficient And knowledgeable of my issues with over 3 monthes of waiting for correct part and tech appts being cancelled at last minute.i have 2 $300 parts that are useless and nobody wants to take back

First of all, I didn't visit. The service for Sears service contract is nonexistent. Lousy, no wonder they went under.

The worst was that we were left with a freezer door and a huge box for us to dispose of. Also bad was that this was the fourth or fifth service to fix the ice maker. We had to devote an entire day each time, and one time the appointment was cancelled at the last moment. Also, too many reminders of a forthcoming visit. The good was that this technician seemed specially knowledgeable and able.
