We had Edwin stipe replace our furnace and hot water heater all the staff were friendly and prompt. The work was completed in a timely manner and we had no issues! In addition they have one of the greatest knowledgeable ladies working on their team Shelby ! She’s amazing and really knows her stuff. She worked for a previous company and go glad she’s with one that appreciates her and her trade.

I have used Edwin Stipe for years. Was dealing with HVAC issues right before a snow storm. Came same day for diagnostic and was able to let me know what was wrong and help fix the issue. Jeremiah was very knowledgeable and kept me informed during the whole process. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you!

Billy was professional, friendly, and courteous when helping restore heat in my home last week. He arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had everything working again in no time all while teaching me about my heating system. Never used them before,but got a mailer with a great price for a yearly heater check-up. Was very pleased with the serviceman who did an excellent job. Plan to use the again for my as check-up.They provided a printout of all the the items tested. Would definitely recommend them.

17000.00 new furnace and air conditioning unit that ceased to function 8 days after installation. 17000.00 to fail inspection. One of the reasons for failure is parts not installed because they weren't in the truck at the time. After ostensibly fixing the failed issues ( re inspection has not happened,yet) our house has left 2 messages asking to speak with management ( the person making repairs would not leave a name or #)that have not been returned. Our appointment was for 11/17. Pushed back to 11/18. Calls made directly after and after the first non response to request for call. What happened? You used to be reliable
