We purchased our pellet stove, 12 years ago from E & E Chimney. My daughter loved ours so much, she and her husband purchased the same one! These stoves have given us such warmth and coziness to our homes. Absolutely love them. We have also had E & E Chimney service the stoves and the techs are amazing. In this day and age, it's so refreshing to have a company who responds as promptly as possible and stand by their products. I highly recommend this business and give it an A++++++

I purchased a woodstove in 2024 and a pellet stove in 2025. Both times I was given excellent service. From the second I stepped into the showroom I was guided on what I needed and not pressured to buy something I didn't need. Michael was a great person to work with. He comes out to your home and measures and provides you options based on his assessment. He takes the time to answer all of your questions. Response times were fast from the customer service team in getting everything lined up for installation. Bob and Sherry are amazing. Install team arrived promptly on install day and did an excellent job. I also receive chimney sweeps from them too. 5 out of 5 and recommend, the entire team is great.

Sean and Justin from E&E Chimney Sweeps did an excellent job cleaning my Harman XXV pellet stove. They were professional, respectful, and kept the entire area clean throughout the process. After the cleaning, the stove was burning hotter and running like it was almost brand new. Which is impressive considering my Harman XXV is 10 years old! The maintenance pricing was also reasonable for the quality of work provided. Highly recommend their services.

We recently had our Harman Accentra installed and we are very happy with it and the service from E&E. Steve and Corey did a great job removing our outdated fireplace and getting the new unit in. They left their worksite clean with the only evidence being our new pellet stove and a significantly warmer downstairs. My only complaint is that I didn’t make the decision to get this stove earlier.
