I recently worked with Scott Mazza, owner of Efficiency by Design, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Scott returned my call immediately and was able to come out to my home within just two days to provide an estimate—far faster than other companies I contacted, which were quoting 10–14 days just to come out. Even better, Scott does not charge for estimates, unlike several competitors. We initially realized we had a serious problem because our crawl space was creating a horrible smell throughout the house, clearly caused by excess moisture and humidity.
