I could not have been more pleased with the service I received. I called on a Tuesday they were out the next day. They guy who fixed my refrigerator spent 4.5 hours at my home de-thawing it, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in the same visit. He was very patient and careful to not damage anything while de thawing. The technician was very professional, very nice, and two weeks later my refrigerator is still working as if it were brand new. The best part…. Aside from the promptness and great customer service, the price to fix it was astronomically low!! I would refer this company a million times over vegetable truly care about their customers and the level of professionalism is amazing here.

I called Monday with a ice maker issue. Was told a tech would be coming Wednesday. No show Wednesday or Thursday. To be fair I called Friday and was told would call me back to arrange a appointment. Again no call. I expected at least a courtesy call to reschedule when they couldn't come Very unprofessional!

Our dryer stopped working the week before Christmas. I called got an appointment within just a few days! Mark was awesome. He showed us everything that was wrong and gave us a VERY fair estimate. He did the work quickly, and now our dryer runs better than before! Will definitely be using again.

I will highly recommend this company for repair services. I called this morning at 10 a.m. and they were at the house for repairs by 12 p.m. the same day...just so happen to have a break in his schedule. During our conversation on the phone he was extremely honest and transparent about potential issues and cost concerning our dryer. Upon arrival he was very friendly and personable. Was able to get our dryer up and running in no time. Will definitely use them for future issues with appliances.
