The team did an incredible job taking care of my heating system. Never have I experienced such fast, professional service. Jordan arrived at my home two hours after speaking with David the owner — and on a Sunday morning in the midst of an ice/snow storm! Jordan was incredibly detailed and educated me about the situation. I found him ethical and appreciated how I wasn’t upsold on unnecessary items. Because I was so satisfied I did sign up for their maintenance service going forward. David called same day to discuss follow-up.

I have been using Efficient Home Solutions for about a decade now. I know that they will tell me the truth when it comes to discussing the condition of my HVAC systems. I first used their services to repair my original equipment that came with my house. They helped me stretch the use out of the old system and then assisted me in choosing a new system. They are a no-pressure company as service is their main focus. The owner of the company even took the time to come to my house to make sure I was happy with their service. Who does that these days? It's so hard to find vendors that will even return your call let alone thank you for being a customer. I would highly recommend EHS for HVAC service or Installation of a new system.
