David, Jeff and their crew did an amazing job on our new AC units. On their initial visit, they came out at 9:30 on the WEEKEND to get our old AC up and running in the heat of the summer. Wonderful and unexpected level of customer service. We later decided, after taking multiple bids and meetings with multiple companies, to have 2 new units installed for our home by Efficient Home Solutions. They went above and beyond, addressing concerns well after our installation occurred. It always feels good when you can look back on an experience with a company and see they gave you everything they promised and more. Thank you EHS!

Last summer we noticed that our air conditioner never cycled off. We called David Rivera at Efficient Home Solutions and he came out to assess the situation. David said that our AC was “starved” for air and needed more air flow. He suggested that we add a return to increase the air flow. So, we did. And, lo and behold the AC cycled off! We highly recommend David and his team.

They damaged one of my AC units and still insisted I pay for it with childish and unprofessional messages. It was a baffling and stressful experience. DO NOT TRUST if you care about your house. They operate quickly and carelessly and bank on the fact most homeowners won’t check their work. It took two months to get them to finish the job and my damaged unit just got taped up in the end. I was very impressed with the professionalism and expertise at Efficient Home Solutions. One of my guest rooms was not heating properly and was much colder than the other rooms. David resolved the issue and educated us on why it was happening and other very important information about our system. I’m grateful for their help and now our guests are much more comfortable!!

I frantically called EHS as I came home to an A/C that blew hot air. My technician, Rocky, quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me I needed a new controller. He gave me a quote and offered to drive to Plano to get the part same-day. As my home warranty would cover the cost and installation of a new controller during the normal work week (this was a weekend-night), I declined. I was pretty bummed my unit wasn't going to be fixed but as Rocky was re-assembling the unit, he noticed that ants had made themselves at home within the unit. He showed me their nest and explained that ants cause controller damage. He then offered to try and fix the controller until I could get a new one--I gratefully accepted.
