EGM Construction

We just had EGM construction company remodel our shower and bathtub. We are so glad we chose EMG for the renovation. The entire process was seamless. Excellent customer service. We are extremely happy with our new shower and bathtub. Edgar and his whole team were great. The project manager, Giovanni visited the site daily to ensure that we were happy with the work being performed. The installers, Pablo and Raul were on time, efficient, clean, organized, and professional. I appreciate that they all wore shoe covers when working. They were committed to making sure we were 100% satisfied with their install and quality and we are.

These guys are all class. They did my walk in shower about a year ago and it was a seamless no nonsense transaction, Edgar gave me up front cost, got me financing and did the install in a very short time. The guys showed up and busted their butts and left me with a beautiful walk in shower. Fast forward a year and I shattered one of the doors while my wife's overseas, I emailed Edgar on a Sunday late afternoon and within a half hour he was calling me back. My wife was due home within 5 days and I didnt want her coming home to no shower. long story short, its Tuesday and my entire glass door enclosure has been replaced. Great experience from start to finish...The lady on the phone was very nice. The salesman was very professional, explained everything, and answered all of my questions. The two gentlemen who did the actual demo and installation were also kind and professional. They covered all floors, stairs, walls, and left everything clean. My new bathroom is beautiful and was done in 2 days! I had the original 80's ugly bathroom lol...it was bad.

I can’t stress enough, the importance of choosing a quality contractor. I used EGM construction on my master suite and was more than elated with the outcome. When we went to do the middle guest bathroom, We decided to choose a different contractor trying to save some money. What a disaster and horrible experience. I reached out to Edgar from EGM construction and he was willing to come and take a look to see what he can do To fix all the problems that we had with the prior contractor and give us the best possible outcome. When it came time to do my bathroom remodel I did some research and came across EGM. I called Edgar we had a chat and set up a meeting time. He came to my home (on time) we talked about the project and budget. And so I decided to go with EGM and glad that I did. First off, let me say the communication not only with Edgar, but with his staff is fantastic. They are with you every step of the way to make sure things go well.
