I've been a plumber for 40 years & have been here 2 times , Kevin spoke to me on phone & told me he had my parts . I showed up snd it was on the counter . All the staff are authentically super helpful , I'm amazed , prices were also keener than my regular suppliers & inventory stocked here is exceptional really good hard to find parts at my fingertips & I filled my basket like a kid in the candy store 🙏

Stopped by to get some parts to install a commercial kitchen sink. I had no idea what I was doing but they set me up with everything I needed and the install went so smooth after that. I'm never going to Home Depot again. This place is a million times better.

I am highly impressed with my interaction with Tim at this company. When deciding on a tankless water heater, he spent time with me discussing the various options and features that met the requirements of the house, and made sure that I purchased the correct size. There was no upselling or steering me towards in stock items, and when the correct water heater was not in stock he took ownership of the situation and drove up to Los Angeles early in the morning to pick it up to have it ready for me the following day. You could see a desire to make the situation right for the customer. Because of my experience I will continue to give business to this company.
