After Hurricanes Helene and Milton I had a major electrical issue. Power had been restored but I had none on my first floor. Eduardo was recommended to me by a friend. He responded immediately even though I know he was swamped with work, and I was not a prior customer. Within a day he was at my house looking at the job. My customers used EGP to replace an Electrical Panel in the home they were selling. They were eager to get it done quickly. Eduardo was prompt, responsive and a great communicator explaining the issues and what needed to be done. We had to wait for FPL to complete the process and EGP communicated along the way. When the day came to do the work, FPL came out and said that the Meter also needed to be changed out. EGP brought out two additional electricians in addition to Eduardo to get the work done timely so that the permit could be approved and the electricity turned back on the same day. Eduardo managed this all patiently and calmly and got the project done for my sellers. I would recommend him to others without hesitation.
