Great company to do business with would highly recommend, very prompt service. Don owner came out to give us a quote. Price was very reasonable for what we needed to get done.. When it came time to do the actual install, the crew was very friendly, respectful, and here on time. They got straight to work and was finished in One day. They did all the permitting through the city that needed to get done and it passed with the city inspection with flying colors. Very happy with the quality work top-notch. Thank you for a great job. Wow. I am literally shocked at before and after photos of my own space. Tom did such a beautiful job and went above and beyond to ensure proper installation and water remediation. Tom was very communicative throughout the process letting us know of unforeseen delays (window manufacturer) and was prompt to reschedule. I recommend Tom and basement window guy 10/10!!

It was great working with them, and they did a beautiful job, and wonderfully maintained their great reputation they have with reviews, the inspector, and the referral I got. We had a scheduling difficulty early on in the process, and they were very accommodating and easy to work with through that, and took responsibility for their own mistakes, which I really appreciated in working with them. The crew was friendly, professional, efficient, and great to work with. These are the kind of people you want to do business and work with, I would highly recommend!

My experience with their service was fabulous. Steve, Caleb and Don were all wonderful and kind to work with. Price was very much comparable to another contractorthat I received a quote from but was not licensed in Wisconsin. Doing an online quote to get a discount made me a little nervous but Steve was extremely helpful. They were able to start a day early and had it finished up quickly the next day. When the inspector came he stated that he had no concerns with the installation because "you guys always do quality work". This is definitely the company you want to go with for an egress window.

Quality of work was good. It took six weeks from the time we reached out until the work was done. The bill ended up being $800 more than what was estimated because 1/3 of our foundation (that they had to cut) was poured concrete. I asked the installer what the extra charge would be. He'd been there for 25 years and said he never quotes prices, but someone at the company would reach out. They never did. They just sent an invoice for $800 more. There was a 24 X 18 window that was taken out, so their cutting was less than usual. If a mechanic has to give price estimates, so should any construction company. What's to prevent them from charging whatever they feel like charging? I'm a realtor and have sent them several clients prior to this. I will not recommend them again based on the
