Twin City Garage Door

We had a gentleman out to our Long Lake rental to fix our garage door and it wasn't just a simple fix. there was other things that it happened, like somebody tried to cut some corners so he basically he removed our old system our belt system and then replace with the chain garage door opener and then the lights were actually on the ceiling of all things and he got the ones down on the floor where they need to be and the garage door works fabulously and we just wanted to reach out and give him credit to whoever visited the 2165 Grand avenue location that he did a great job and the service that he did was outstanding and literally as a service person myself I can tell that he does his job right and he doesn't cut any corners and that's why I'm making this review is because he deserves it is

We had a garage door emergency on one of the coldest days this year, and called late in the day for help. We had to schedule an appointment for the next day. And then we got a call back that someone could come immediately. Daymon, our technician, was knowledgeable, very positive, worked swiftly, and reviewed everything he was doing beforehand and afterward. I couldn’t have asked for a better customer service experience. I highly recommend Twin Cities Garage Door!

I ordered 2 Liftmaster 87504-267 garage door openers that were installed on July 9, 2025 and I love them. Mike and Jeff were out to install and they did a great professional installation. The Openers are Wi-Fi so I can open from anywhere and the cameras allow me to see into the garage at any time. The DC motors start out slow and finish slow but moves fast in between for a smooth operation.They are quiet and fast. TCGD had a great competitive price! Highly recommend

I would like to give a shout out to Twin City Garage Door and especially their service rep Jeff Rients. We purchased a custom garage door from them for a new home build. Eighteen months later Jeff provided excellent service and support this morning. I would highly recommend TCGD!

Daymon Spencer, was a true professional. He figured out the problem that was wrong with our garage door. We thought we had TCGD company coming out, but were mistaken. I will never use another garage door company, Than TCGD company and will definitely make sure that it’s them! They have white vehicles that display TCGD!
