located my valves within 20 mins, which ultimately saved me over 5k for new vaves and to repair my old system. We contacted both Thomsons and The Water elf, both of technicians from these companies informed me that my 07' system was beyond repair, although they couldnt even locate my boxes..

If I could give no stars, I would. Don’t use this company!!! This company came out to do work at my house 2 months ago. First visit they came by and did some investigation on my lines, at that time they didn’t have shovel. I allowed them to use mine, and have yet to get my shovel back. I also had to leave before they finished the work. Trusting they completed their work, I paid without seeing the finished product. That was a mistake. I literally paid them $500 to take my shovel. I had to replace 4 sprinkler heads that they were suppose to adjust. They were suppose to move 2 sprinklers for a new concrete patio I was having placed. One was moved too far away and one didn’t even get moved. I had to move myself the day concrete was being placed. They also connected 2 sprinklers to another zone

Do not use this company. They came to fix a leak in my sprinkler system. It worked for a while and then one of the zones would not come on. I called, we set up an appointment but they never came or responded to my texts. I called another company who had to redo his work because of leakage. Kelyn, the owner of egrets, has no idea how to run his company in a professional manner

This is by far the best irrigation company in town! The pricing was reasonable and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I had several pipes that had to be replaced due to a poor repair job by another company. Egrets came out and in an hour had us up and running again.

This is a very substandard company. They did not complete the job I hired them to do. Whenever I called or texted them to send someone out they promised to have someone come out but never showed. Eventually they stopped answering any of my calls or texts. I had to hire another sprinkler repair guy to complete their work. This “company “ is very unprofessional and lacks customer service support. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!
