I haven't wanted to complain, yet every time I come in here the older ladies are all rude. Not to mention, out of 20 visits no one has ever asked me if they could give me a hand or if I needed help finding anything. When I go to the one in Ellet they are exceptionally friendly. Do better Coventry Ace

Great people. Found what I needed + lots more on my list. Prices were competitive. Clean, organized isles with good signage. There were "easy to find", friendly & knowledgeable people there to help. Best part - I found an Adirondec chair that was sturdy but light & looked like back sloped but was upright for good posture. Price was good for quality. We didn't know if we could fit chair in my small car but a SUPER CASHIER spent 20 minutes helping us get it in the trunk. Hats off to really fun shopping trip because of our great cashier!! Keep on keepin on!!

I always love going to Ace Hardware because they are so helpful and polite. They usually have what I am looking for and they help me put my heavy bird seed in my trunk. That means a lot to me because I'm old with the bad back. I would recommend Ace Hardware to everyone!

I had only stopped in to kill time while I was waiting for a family member at a dental visit. However upon going to the store I found things that I needed for four different projects they have a wide variety of stock to choose from good use of social distancing at the checkout very helpful and courteous staff and now I can move forward with some of my projects.

very rude workers went there to purchase a lawnmower and they were out of the one i wanted i ask the guy can he order me one from online and i can still pay now he told me thats not my job do i look like your daddy and walked off so i ask to speak to the manager and he waa very rude also he told me if i dont like the services go to home depot. me and my friends and family will not be returning
