Laura is was extremely helpful educating about a drill that I purchased. She found one in the back that was the perfect fit for my needs. EVERYONE at the store is friendly, helpful, doesn’t make you feel stupid and just genuinely good people. I had my puppy with me (training him around other people) and all the employees knew to ask before petting him and not to stick their hand for a pet. It was so reassuring. They even made popcorn for all the customers and of course my dog got to enjoy one as well.

It’s not mentioned items need returned to the store they’re purchased from. The return policy on the back of the receipt that’s handed to you at time of purchase states that “all you need is your receipt within 30 days of a refund” I find this incredibly deceptive it does not tell you it must be to the store of purchase. I will not be an ace shopper any longer. Corporate Customer service stated ACE stores may have policies like that, and they don’t need to disclose them to their shoppers… SCARY!

I was there 2 days ago. Excellent stuff. Great service. I would recommend it to everyone, especially I like to say thank you to Franklin who helped me a lot. I was shopping for good quality blower which is a Lot to choose from. He explain me difference between STIHL model 600, 700, 800x which was very helpful I ends up to go with STIHL br800 x overall my impression was they really want to help me I recommend E&H Ace Hardware to everyone who looking for good service knowledge , and excellent power tools

I am grateful to shop at Ace Hardware. I often go with a house or yard issue that staff are willing to offer suggestions & products to help. The staff have always bren friendly and supportive.

Hi we went here for a weed eater repair that was under a warranty.they was one of two places that we were allowed to go too. First they were friendly, knowledgeable and took time to help. We got a call in a week to say that the weed eater was not fixable. They called and sent in the paperwork to EGo and had them send me a replacement! Just received it today! The side note the other place we took it too did not fix just gave it back to us after with string and said that they fixed it ( after having it 4 WEEKS! ) it was not another Ace place . This (Ace) knows how to keep the customer informed on the repair! THANK YOU KEVIN
