The company is very responsive to requests placed in their online website contact sheet - I was contacted within 24 hours. When I later had an emergency on a holiday weekend, the company responded on the phone within an hour and had a technician, Dan, at my door in two hours, or so. I can not say enough good things about E H Williams. Our central air compressor blew. Unfortunately, our home owner's insurance would not cover the repairs and the company who installed the unit was not helpful at all when it came to warranty work. E H Williams went above and beyond the call of duty to help us. They were sympathetic, understanding and extremely helpful when it came to getting our unit repaired as quickly as possible. We had used EH Williams in the past for issues with our hot water heater, which was dealt with promptly and professionally. So when our 30 year old heat pump system finally showed its age, we called them for service.
