my grandma’s house hasn’t had water since last thursday and it is tuesday. you guys keep saying that you are going to be there but no show. what the heck

I would use red flags with this company. From the very start they gave us an issue, they kept insisting that we wanted an excavated well due to “other wells in our area being shallow” our neighbors well is about 360ft. Another perk they said was the excavated well they could dug in multiple spots, which was another lie because they refused. The well driller assumed he found water, which he did not. It took over 2-3 months for water to show up at that was well after a few heavy rain storms. While great our well ground water, unfortunately Ehmke did not provide us any sort of water or flow. Which according to their website they “ Guarantee water” they do not. They did however attempt to rectify the situation which again, they did not found water. Yesterday I had no water and called them in the morning. The worker on the phone said he can come over real quick and check it out for me but has a very busy day. He was very knowledgeable and asked a lot of questions. When he came he had some ideas but needed to return later in the day. They returned, figured out my problem, stayed late in the evening and got my water working again. Everyone worked together and was very organized and systematically tested my problems until they figured it out. They showed me everything and explained how it should work and how they were fixing mine. This is a professional outfit that I would recommend to everyone for honest, personable treatment. Excellent!!!

Called to get pump running ,5 weeks later and so many excuses , from other emergencies, (I had no water) to short handed , to Hans being sick on day they were to come out , called at 9am , was to be there 8:30am , they sent back my deposit of $2500. job was quoted at $4500. , I called Jones well drilling, they came out after hours , (owners son came out missed his Dad's birthday) he had my well going, great job , highly recommend Jones, and best part only charged me $2800. , $1700. less go figure, when you think you're the only game in town, need to check
