Over the years, Guarcello's have been my first call for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs. They have always responded as soon as possible. I would like to just give a big shout out to Bob, Joe and Pat for the great job that you do!

We just purchased our home in Silver Creek and our downstairs furnace was not working. It was a weekend so I called Bob and left him a VM to request service (his cell number is on the office answering machine for after hours emergencies). He called me right back and came to our house that night. He wasn't even there for 30 minutes before he was finished and ready to leave and we had heat again! He was very friendly, very professional and gave us fast and quality service!! They sent an invoice in the mail and the cost was EXTREMELY fair!! We couldn't have been happier with the service we received and we will be using and recommending him for any future needs! 😁❤

Very responsive! We had a disposal that had jammed and was starting to back up. It was located at our cottage so we are only there on the weekends. I called on a Friday morning and he was able to squeeze a visit in for us the same day. He unjammed the disposal, and even showed us how we could do it ourselves next time!

I first called Guarcello's regarding a heating issue with our house we just moved into about 6 months ago. They were highly recommended from a close friend, so I trusted I was in good hands. I couldn't be more happy with using them for my heating and plumbing needs. So far they've worked on our furnace, thermostats, grinder pump, and I'm sure there will be more in the future (always something, right?). They're always on time, work quickly, and explain everything so you understand exactly what the problem is and what you're paying for. Plus, their prices are very reasonable. I trust their word and their work, and would recommend them to anyone needing service.
