Ehrlich Pest Control

I was having serious issues with mice in the kitchen. I called several pest control services and decided to go with Ehrlich because of their pest 365 year round protection with regular visits. Alex came the morning after I signed up to set traps and discuss my pest control needs. The first visit took less than an hour, and he kept in contact to make sure the problem was properly addressed. I feel safe using my kitchen again, and I am confident that Alex or one of their other pest control experts will help me resolve any future problems that arise.

Jim has been our pest control manager for many years in the upstate New York region He is timely, Professional, And always goes well above and exceeds our expectations and any issues we might be experiencing at our house with regards to pest control. Jim is what makes us remain with a company such as ehrlich As he is always ready to answer any questions we may have and to follow up and follow through on any issues that concerns us. Jim’s value is that he is a seasoned professional and has been doing this for a very long time and by doing so has a lot of knowledge in the field, that can only be learned through doing pest control over the years. Thank you very much Jim for your dedication and hard work.

I have been very impressed with James as with the initial visit he was extremely informative and told me exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it and what outcome he was hoping to obtain. I had concerns because I have pets and I also feed some strays outside. Again, James was knowledgeable and actually gave me some options which was very informative. He continues to come back, approximately every two weeks to check things out from the previous time he was here. He is very professional and very nice to talk to and I feel at ease with him in my home. I have used another very well known pest control company in the past and hands down this company is by far so much better so much more thorough and complete in what they do. They don't just come a couple times and then leave you.

Cancelled on us twice. First was understandable due to weather, second the guy came out and left saying they dont do basements in winter though we had someone come out, quote us, and set us up an appointment knowing it was a basement just a week before that. Wasted our time for the appointment and tried setting up a third. Unprofessional if you ask me. Went with someone else. Thanks for wasting our time.

Alex is my tech for St. Mary’s Healthcare. He is always so pleasant and accommodating. Alex takes the time to describe the work being done and when he will be back again. Alex deserves a huge raise.
