Paul, the Ehrlich technician who services my home is exceptional. He is friendly and always has a really positive attitude. He cares about his customers and their homes. I have a year-round plan, and he is always on time, respectful of my property, careful and thorough in his inspections and application of products. He is knowledgeable and trustworthy. He explains issues and options clearly and honestly and makes good suggestions and recommendations. I appreciate the great service!
