Had an excellent experience with Joe! He quickly diagnosed the issue with my upstairs unit and replaced the capacitor, and took time to verify it was still under warranty. He also checked rhe downstairs unit, and now I’m confident both units will get me through the winter. Highly recommend for dependable HVAC service.
From the initial call to the technician coming out to repair my HVAC, E&J provided exceptional service. They were professional, timely, and explained everything that was wrong. The issue was fixed on the spot. I would highly recommend them!
Awesome job.. very nice people and made sure our MaMa Tew was gonna have some heat today…Thanks again for everything guys !!! We had Joe and he was awesome!!!
