Service Appointment was set “next day”. Kyle arrived on time with advanced notification. Very efficient worker. Completed job and cleaned it up immaculately. Provided estimate for phase 2 sink faucet replacement including recommendations for a plumbing supply provider with similar excellent customer service.

This is the 2nd time I've used EK Coggin Plumbing. I am so glad that I found this company. I would give the company a perfect 10. From the lady, I'm sorry I did not catch the name that answered the phone to take my info, but was all about customer service and to the technician Jack who was very respectful and knowledgeable. He assessed the situation and took care of the issue. I'm so thankful that my husband and I do not have to worry about having a major issue. After Jack told us that we nee to run the water in a bathroom that we normally do not use for showers. We will from now on, at least run the water. Charges are very reasonable. Thanks again would highly recommend! You will not be disappointed.
