From start to finish, Jay and Susan were incredibly patient, taking the time to answer my many questions and guide me through every step of the process. Their professionalism and calm approach made the project much easier to navigate. Kris, the contractor, was absolutely fantastic. His attention to detail and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations so much so that I was genuinely sad to see him go when the project wrapped up! We started our kitchen remodel project in the spring of 2022. We haven’t done a big remodel project before. Jay and the EKB team were really great to work with. They helped at every step, giving us great people to work with to get the countertop and tiles and working with us to get the permits and the dates for the work. Once the work began, everything was smooth. His crew are considerate and professional. They did the work exactly as we planned, and everything looks amazing. EKB did amazing work on our kitchen and bath remodel. I would recommend to anyone!! They were professional craftsmen who took care of every detail we asked. They have transformed out home and we couldn't be happier. A year after we had the work completed we ran into an issue in which our sink line collapsed(this was an issue that nothing to do with EKB). Due to this issue we had to remove a portion of our newly completed kitchen! I contacted Tom at EKB and he has been nothing but helpful. Tom has worked to get a crew out to help us with the removal of the kitchen so we can fix the problem.
