It is hard to find an honest company these days. Eklund is a true gem! Called on a Saturday with an issue and they helped ensure I had heat in my home when temps were expected to drop in the teens. Greg P. our tech come out on Monday and thoroughly investigated our heat system. We felt confident we had no issues. He took time to listen to our questions and concerns and was able to explain what had happened and also took the time to fix one issue with a/c we knew we had. Five stars isn't enough!! Will use again and recommend to anyone! They did not pressure us to upgrade or by anything we didn't need.

The service man named Greg Platt was absolutely the best service man we’ve had. He told us exactly what the problem was and did not try to add repairs just to increase the bill. I have requested he be our service man coming to our home. Thank you for being honest!

My first time to use Eklund for annual heater maintenance check. Clint arrived at the appointment time and completed the maintenance check in a timely manner. Once service was completed he gave me a complete easily understandable update on what was checked and the status of my heater.

Eklund sent me a text and said they were coming over to perform maintenance on my HVAC system. I agreed. They gave me a two hour window but at the end of the 2 hour window, no one had called or stopped by. I called them. They said someone was on their way. They arrived 30 minutes after their window. This was annoying but tolerable since I was happy to have the maintenance. When they got here, I was told they weren’t here for the typical annual maintained but for a PSO rebate program. They told me they took a photo of my electric meter and went up in my attic to the furnace. I had asked them before they came over, if they needed in the attic, they said yes. I’d just moved into my new house when I woke up freezing—no heat! Eklund showed up fast, figured out the ductwork was way too small, and swapped it all out in no time. Heat’s blasting again, and I’m a happy camper. Definitely recommend these guys!
