So my garage light wasn't working and i couldn't figure it out even after i changed the fluorescent tubes. I'd asked around if anyone could recommend a good electrician but still failed. So i turned to my trusty yelp peeps and after reading all the reviews on this company i was sold. So i called no one answered and i hung up within two seconds. I got a phone call back and it was the office staff. She has the greatest customer service and is so down to earth and friendly and very helpful. I couldn't say no. She checked with her schedule and we got an electrician out the next day. Wow unheard of. Anyways long story short the banister was disconnected and bypassed and we put in two new fluorescent tubes that have life expectancy of 4 to 5 years. It's fixed and the lights look great. All up 17

My house was built in 1980 and has had a few remodels since. Yesterday a few outlets and lights stopped working. I called this company because of positive reviews. He really tried to troubleshoot over the phone to avoid a service call. I checked the circuit breakers, and any possible GFCI loads, but could not find any problem. I called back and he was able to schedule a same day appointment. The electrician and his team were nice and professional and went straight to troubleshooting. They found a loose neutral in the breaker box, and after a few more minutes found a GFCI outlet that was on the same circuit, but the connections behind it were faulty.
