Our 40+ year old gas furnace was at end of life and we wanted to replace it with a heat pump. Several friends recommended Prime Air Mechanical and theirs was one of the estimates we got. They weren’t the lowest and not the highest quote but the service was far beyond what I paid, and we were impressed with their knowledge and experience so they got the job. They did the work on time and were so meticulous. They removed the old furnace from our basement and cleaned up before they left each day. Everything about the install was precise. We've had the unit in both hot and cold weather now and it's working great. We like how quiet it is. Called for a quote on a air conditioner replacement and Roger came out for the quote. He seems very knowledgeable and was not a pushy salesmen like i was getting with other HVAC contractors. I was able to call him with any questions we had during our decision making process. We got about 11 other quotes and the price we got from Prime Air Mechanical was super competitive especially for the equipment they offer. We gave it the green light and they were at our house two days later and installed it in about 3.5 hrs. The crew was very nice and worked hard. That's a condenser outside, furnace and the coils in the Attic. We had cool air by 12pm on Thursday. I am completely happy about new HVAC install and would highly recommend this team.

I've been using Prime Air for over 5 years now. Initially, I was having issues with my airflow and wanted to know what the route cause was. The team came and discovered that not only did I have several tears in my existing ducting but also had a carbon monoxide leakage. They redid my ducting and fixed the carbon monoxide issue. Thank God my attic had enough ventilation for the carbon monoxide and did not harm my family in anyway. Most recently, they installed a new 5-Ton AC unit with heater. The price was more than fair and quality of work was exceptional. Roger answered any questions and concerns I had and was extremely professional. The waiting room in our clinic was getting stuffy and we needed someone fast to get that fixed so our patients wouldn’t complain. We had the team come in after hours so they wouldn’t disturb the appointments and they found a blown motor in one of the rooftop units. They swapped it out and balanced the registers in the exam rooms so the temperature is finally consistent across the whole office. It was a professional job and they kept the workspace clean for our staff the next morning.

So the AC unit started making this super loud grinding noise on a Friday night and then just totally gave up on life. I was basically panicking because we had a house full of people staying over for the weekend and no air. Roger showed up for the emergency hvac service and was literally such a pro about the whole thing. He found a loose fan motor that was causing all the racket and tightened everything back up in no time. The house was back to being chilly before the movie was even over and Roger didn't even mind the dogs barking at him the whole time.
