From our initial email inquiry to final installation, the entire process took about two weeks. A supply issue and our own availability pushed the installation back by a week, but communication from Reid was excellent throughout—he was very easy to work with. Kevin and Xander did a fantastic job. Despite our small mechanical room, they installed both a humidifier and an air cleaner without any issues. The equipment looks as though it was installed when our townhouse was originally built. They arrived on time, completed the project efficiently, and thoroughly cleaned the area afterward—leaving no trace that they had been there. The system was clearly explained both during and after the installation, and their knowledge and professional insight were extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

I was having a whole home humidifier installed. They were on time, Kevin was very professional and easy to talk too. When he was finished, he went over the installation and instructed me on how to operate and maintain the system. Great job.

They installed my system as a new build and serviced it after that. It is still under warranty and needs a new coil. Each time the technician was Russ. He is fantastic!!! He is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He fixed my issues in no time and was extremely communicative on future issues. They’re busy so sometimes it may take a day or two to come out but well worth it and very fairly priced. Highly recommend!
