My piano move had Sal and his team sweating up uneven steps, through narrow hallways, and tight corners. They got creative and the whole time prioritized protecting the piano. Customer service was friendly, and they made the process feel so easy. My last piano movers were rude and acted like it was an impossible job to move the piano to the second floor and told me to leave it there forever if I wanted it on the second floor —even though they had six guys, lol. Sal and his team did an amazing job moving my Steinway B and Steinway L. It arrived in perfect condition to my apartment in San Francisco. There are 13 steps plus a turn leading up to the apartment and Sal and his team navigated them so easily. Sal was also easy to communicate with and easy to reach with any questions. I’d trust them again to move my Steinway.
