Shoutout To Parker! I called in and asked if I could get a propane refill as mine died in the middle of grilling dinner. Parker met me at the back of the store grabbed the tank and had it filled up in 2 mins. I was extremely impressed with the service and he is a 5 star employee

Huge thank you to Gary for helping me find a replacement bolt for my trunk hinge. We ran into a couple obstacles but we got it figured out and he ended up not charging me for it. Highly recommend going here. Great people, great items, well organized and most of all great community.

This is The BEST ACE hardware store I've been to in decades. They had a hard to find mini bulb I needed. The price was 1/4 of what the auto parts store down the road wanted for it. So I bought 4! I was greeted the second I walked in the door with a smile and directed to the aisle I needed (aisle 8 parts). The casher was friendly, too! I'd begun to be skeptical that any place with great customer service other than Chick Fil A existed. This place was like taking a step back in time! I WILL be back! They've won a new dedicated customer over! EXCELLENT SERVICE!
