Elder's Ace Hardware - Halls

I came in looking for a capacitor for an hvac system. Unfortunately they didn't have my unique style but the staff was very prompt in offering other solutions. The store was clean and well stocked. I wish this ace was closer to home because I'd be here every weekend. The atmosphere here is more friendly than some of the traditional bib box stores. Thanks for being awesome Ace.

I found exactly what I needed which was great because I visited two other stores that had nothing I needed. It was a very good experience. I was greeted immediately as I entered the store by a young man who was surprisingly knowledgeable and we found the multiple brass fittings that I needed to repair my air tank. I would recommend this business anytime for their friendly customer service and in stock hardware. I am happy to give them a 5 star rating!

Tonight I had the great pleasure of being assisted by a young man by the name of Ty. I called in looking for a specific item. I had the item number, he patiently and very politely assisted me. I told him that I would go ahead and purchase online and pick the item up on Friday since I live in Seymour, and could not get to this store before they closed for the evening. This store is the only store close that had the exact item that I am needing. He was so gracious, and explained everything regarding the pick up. I later found out his name from his manager. WOW, what a great customer experience. Thank you Ty. Your parents should be very proud of you. Way to go Ace Hardware!!

Was helped by a young man named Chris. I can’t say enough about how helpful, insightful, and friendly he was. We had a leaking shutoff on the secondary water main and couldn’t find a replacement. Chris went above and beyond to break down the seized unit, tirelessly search for an assortment of washers, and get us back to functioning. He went above and beyond in every aspect, spending a considerable amount of time with us and smiling every step of the way. While they might not be QUITE as low as the big box stores, you’ll never find this level of care and attentiveness elsewhere. For that reason, and the service provided, I’ll continue to gladly take my business here whenever able! Thank you!

Had a great shopping experience with a helpful young man named Reilly. Helped me choose the proper tools, carried them to the checkout counter and then loaded them in my truck. Very clean, well-stocked store with overly friendly & helpful staff. 5 ⭐️s all day!!!
