Worst HVAC company I've ever worked with. Had an issue with my account unit. The tech the sent said there was a leak in the system but wouldn't spend the time to find the leak, so he recharged the system and assured me it would last at least this summer. Fast forward a few weeks, and my ac is struggling to keep up with temps again. I call back when my interior home temp was 76, but thermostat set to 72. The very unpersonable lady on the phone said they would send somebody out that day. Then proceed to call me back to scold me that my thermostat was set too low, and my ac would never be able to keep up. When I questioned it, since I've lived in the home for 5 years and the system had never had issues before, she told me I was wrong and I needed to have my thermostat set to 78! In this heat

They are great people, very responsive, and have never let me down. I have called them numerous times with emergent issues, and they always find a way to get me taken care of. They are my local go to company, very friendly and helpful.

These guys were great! We were under the gun to get a split system installed on a tight deadline. They scheduled us right away. They came about an hour late, but once they arrived they were thorough, helpful, and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend if you need help with a ductless split system install.

I would not recommend these guys to anyone. Save yourself the trouble. They charged me $450 and my AC worked for 2 days. Since then they have been avoiding my calls. I CALLED THEM BACK WITH A DIFFERENT NAME AND I GOT A CALL BACK WITHIN 10 mins!!! They then told me they’ll be there the following day and still didn’t show up! THIS IS NOT A COMPANY YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. They are there to do a quick service and rip you off!!
