Just had our roof ripped off (2 layers) and a new roof done. From the first step, Joe was friendly, professional and efficient. He made the entire process very smooth. Their crew of 6 arrived and were on the roof by 7:15am.. Our house and detached garage were done and the crew was gone by 4pm! Headed outside to see how it looked, and there was not a single trace of garbage or mess to be found! No one would have ever known the roof had been redone! Worth EVERY penny! I called Eldridge to come out and check my roof and they called me right back and sent Troy to meet us. Troy showed us the damage that needed to be repaired and helped us with our insurance claim. The process was seamless and the roof is gorgeous! You can tell that it looks nicer and thicker than some of the cheaper quality shingles you see on some houses. Eldridge replaced my roof in less than a day. They were very thorough and very reasonably priced. They put plastic all around on the ground. They cleaned up thoroughly and even came back days later to inspect the work.

Eldridge Roofing (Troy) gave me a very reasonable estimate on my total roof replacement, fixing the damage originally perpetrated by a raccoon (we think), as well as a complete zero maintenance siding and aluminum gutters installation. They were even able to install a much-needed fireplace chimney housing which was long overdue and was aesthetically pleasing and professionally completed.
