I called this business gave them the model number of my dishwasher as I needed a seal for it. They said they had the correct seal. So I drove in and bought it. It was not the correct seal so I attempted to return it the next day. Granted I did not have the receipt with me, but I could pull up my card info showing the charge and price I paid. They refused to refund the $75. After selling me the wrong part. This is 2025. They could look it up like any other business that takes a card. They just chose not to. Just so you all know, the correct seal was $50 cheaper on Amazon.

This is the spot to go for any appliance, whether it be oven, dryer furnace, or any other part you may need. They had everything I needed in stock and ready to go. Plus, you get a year warranty with any part purchased. Thanks to doing right by others, they have been able to stay in business since the 1970's. I was made to feel welcomed and offered sound advice, which is rarely a customer standard these days.

We purchased a furnace blower motor and not only did they have it in stock but the tips he gave us for installation were incredibly helpful!! Will DEFINITELY come here again!
