Hired these guys to install three simple lights in the ceiling. They sent two electricians for the job. They showed up and spent an hour “looking” for the breaker box, set up a ladder and then immediately went to lunch… for over an hour. Came back and finished the job in two hours. For three hours of labor they later sent me a bill for NINE hours of labor! I had to explain that I have surveillance cameras in the unit and that their guys were not on site doing work for more than three hours for them to finally “adjust” the bill to what it should have been. The woman on the phone, Tiffany B. Eggleston was unbelievably rude, hanging up on me and talking over me. Just crazy. Had 2 fixtures that needed taken off an 8' ceiling and replaced with 2 of the same fixtures. Fixtures came assembled. Very easy swap. They sent TWO electricians (one to hold the ladder??), and took 5 hours to get the job done. Total rip-off. But that's par for the Roaring Fork Valley and electricians here, so 3 stars, since they all do it.

I always feel so confident using Electrical Outfitters because I know I will get superior customer service and everyone is so knowledgeable. It doesn't matter is my job is big or small, I still get the same amazing customer service.
