Electrical Plus

I had a light fixture installed in a two story entryway; the team at Electrical Plus did a great job! Scheduling was easy and I was able to get an appointment earlier than I thought. I’d use Electrical Plus for any future work.

Jeremy recently helped us with an emergency service call, after a windstorm, to help us make sure our electrical system was safe. He was professional and very pleasant to work with. He kept us informed about his arrival and addressed all our needs at the time. We look forward to working with him to get everything back to the way it was before the storm. Update: We brought them back to have our whole house surge protector replaced, and had another great experience. They were easy to schedule, John arrived promptly, and took care of the job quickly.

Our heater shut off on a Sunday evening when the electrical line that led to the thermostat shorted out. Even though the heater was working, the house stopped heating up. This was a problem on a snow day. With one call, Jeremy M. of Electrical Plus came out in his large 4x4 truck. He helped us plow the end of our driveway. Then came inside and fixed the short. We were up and running in 10 minutes. And the service call was quite reasonable. I'd been quoted much higher rates for some of the bigger players of $199 and up, just to come out. We're extremely satisfied, and paid over his asking price.

Outstanding. As a small business owner, I value a job done well, and they went above and beyond. They were here for longer than they expected, but stayed until the job was complete and they left the areas spotless. Highly recommend and would hire again in a heartbeat.
