Elegant Bath and Remodel

I am extremely elated with the quality of work and level of professionalism displayed when I hired Elegant Bath and Remodel to renovate my shower in I’m my master bath . I was completely at ease from my first phone call with Mike D . Mike immediately assigned Andrew T. as my design consultant the next day . The execution of this project exceeded all my expectations!! Andrew ensured everything went smoothly throughout the design process and took the time out of his schedule repeatedly to meet up with us at Floor & Decor to pick out the perfect stone for our shower, returning on his own time to verify the availability/ dimensions of the stone and return with samples so we could verify the natural coloring / shading within the stone prior to moving forward with the remodel. We are absolutely thrilled with how well our bathroom remodel came out. Matt was amazing to work with and was able to customize our walk- in shower to help meet the needs of our special needs son. Matt was always very courteous and would always text when he would be over to start work.

Starting with our first phone call, this has been an outstanding experience. We met Mike and his wife Deb at their show room on a Saturday morning, to kind of get a feel for the company. Mario, their estimator/salesman had already came over and we felt good after meeting him, but we just wanted a little more reassurance. As it turns out, this is one super well run company. After setting up a date to begin the project, picking out colors, etc, it was just sit back and let Elegant do what they do best. Finally the start date arrived and we met Felipe, whose crew would perform the modifications. After going over the particulars, the project suddenly started looking real. I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Elegant bath and remodel. From the start with Tyler come over to go over all the options, found them to be the best with different styles and finance options. Nick who did the install was fantastic and very knowledgeable, he was absolutely a perfectionist and literally cared about his work and giving you a beautiful finished product. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We just love the finished transformation of our shower/tub into our luxury walk-in-shower! Matt and Drew were amazing at crafting this upgrade. Mario our sales representative did an excellent job also! I would highly recommend them! Thank you
