Don and his team removed the 1950’s concrete driveway and sidewalk from my East Aurora home and replaced it with a beautiful new concrete driveway and walkway that is simply perfect! They actually were able to do the job quicker than originally quoted, were excellent with communication and their price was not much more than a quote for just repairs. They came in to put in a cement pool deck. They charged me for a 12x46 ft deck and just filled in the last 3ft with stone because he said he didn’t realize how deep that part was and the. He cut off 2ft the long way because he said he can’t touch it because of the pool coping. So I said since you didn’t fill in the last 3ft and then 2 ft the long way could he just make a path from fence to the ovation which was on 10ft long he said no problem. Which has not been done. When I spoke to there sales rep he had told me that they would put boards down on the grass for there excavator so it wouldn’t tear up my lawn(which was never done) now I have to pay close to $2000 to tear up that area and lay down new grass. The sales rep and the actual owner seemed like they were on different pages. In the
