Elegant Concrete

Elegant Concrete did an amazing job. Our concrete deck was damaged badly by the ice storm and was disintegrating. These guys came out took care of everything repaired the deck and put a new coating on top of it. That looks simply amazing.

very very disappointed. project was small. extended existing concrete patio 15x15 plus a small walkway to a gate. They show up at 8am as scheduled. They proceed to dig out the area then lay rebar so far so good. Then they disappear at 11am! I try calling them multiple times they finally say the concrete is delayed. I get a call back at 5pm saying concrete will arrive at 5:30 and they will be there to start. I inform the project manager that it is supposed to start raining at approx 7:30 he had no idea that was happening and said it would be fine they would be done before then and they will cover it and it will be fine. concrete doesn't show up till around 6:30 and they are working in a rain storm till 10:30 pm. the next day the concrete looks horrible!! Daniel and I have been working together for a few years now. As a busy guy he is always willing to get back to me and do what he can to help. He helped me prepare my back yard for my pool and soon to do my pool deck and drains. I’m looking forward to seeing the final job. The main thing I want to say is that his crews have always done a good job for my clients . I may have to bring attention to things, but Daniel is always willing to make it right to keep my clients and myself happy.

On 2/4/25, my car was damaged by an unsecured wire that came off their trailer and fell onto the road. It ended up scratching the side of my car. Called the number for the company, informed them I had a dashcam and I was going to pull the footage. They gave me the email to send the information, no response. Unfortunately my dash cam became corrupted earlier in the week on my way home. Sent multiple emails to this company, and not a single response as I submit this review on 2/15/25. If they fail to respond, what makes you think this contractor is going to do the right thing when they make a mistake on your property or site? I had an amazing experience with Elegant Concrete from start to finish. I will recommend them to everyone. They do fantastic work! Communication/Customer Service is outstanding, they always provided updates. The professionalism of the crews was amazing. I'm glad I chose them to do my work.
