Had a garage door installed (with windows) by Elegant back in 2011. Prompt, courteous and efficient. Fair Price. Several neighbors had them replace their garage doors replaced by Elegant as well and recommended them to me. No complaints.
3 years ago........This company installed a $1500.00 plus security door and it was poorly installed. the capping around the door was not even replaced and I was supposed to get a refund of $150.00 and never did..all off sudden it supposedly changed hands with notice. A rip off
Contacting the better business bureau. They took my money and never did the work and the phone just rings
