The Elegant Homes crew was professional and courteous. They arrived early on scheduled day. The crew lead and I reviewed the deck repair details of the contract to make sure nothing was missed or mistaken. The crew went to work and finished by the afternoon replacing all support 6 posts of the deck and replaced a few rotted floor boards on the stairs. The crew cleaned up the area and walked me through the area answering all the questions I had about the completed work. I was really satisfied with the outcome.

We hired Elegant Homes for repairs that were needed on our deck (originally built in 2006; almost 20 years old). Kevin managed the project for us, from estimate to completion, and was on site every day working with his team to complete the project. Elegant homes removed the old deck planks, replaced all of the rotten wood, poured new concrete footings for the supporting posts, laid new deck planks (Trex Lineage Biscayne line), replaced the deck lighting, and re-installed all of the original railing and trim. We were so pleased with the level of communication, the quality and professionalism, and the reasonable price (much less than what we were quoted by a much larger company that does deck projects), that we hired Elegant Homes again to replace the screen and deck surface on our screened

I had a whole bunch of wood rot in various trim around my house and had Elegant Homes repair and paint the new trim. They were professional and flexible in scheduling. They are knowledgeable and aren’t pushy. They might be pricier than a random handyman but well worth it and price was on par or less than other contractors (they will write you up a price quote and won’t do anything that adds cost without asking first, once work starts). They also seem to offer a wide range of exterior/interior work, unlike some bigger contractors that will only do replacements and not repairs. The overall experience was pleasant and work looks great. I’ll definitely use them again for my other home improvement projects!

Amazing contractor! What a find! We are grateful repeat customers of Elegant Homes. There's another 5 star review on Google talking about the crumbling concrete stairs removed from our home front and replaced with a wonderful porch. It's added a lot to our curb appeal. We selected Elegant Homes to return for a kitchen remodel. Also, we asked them to replace the sagging ceiling in the front room. Once they were working here, we asked if they could look at a suspicious moldy spot on the bathroom ceiling and fix some funky wiring done by a previous contractor. We're glad for that add-on mini project because the upstairs toilet was leaking - an old wax seal. Toilet fixed, bathroom wiring sorted, new ceiling in and bathroom painted equals happy customers. Future nasty crisis avoided!
