“Good luck because we’re not even contracted” was the final response from the manager when we asked repeatedly about the poor quality of workmanship completed by Elegant Tile & Stone. My walls are crooked… that’s why it looks like this… the job was cheap… these (and so many more) were comments made by the store manager. Thankfully he put several of these in writing. We paid in full for this quality of work that now has to be completely redone by another company. I was so hopeful that what started as a positive professional agreement would have ended the same way. Here are just a few of the many photos documenting the workmanship.

Had a great experience with this company! As others have said the customer service is fantastic. It is a family run company and everyone is friendly and helpful. We had a Quartz counter top installed and used tile from their store for our backsplash. Prices were good and we are happy with how it all turned out!

Elegant Tile and Stone was amazing to deal with! The sales office was helpful and they have hundreds of slabs for countertops to choose from. Omar, the fabricator, was so easy to work with. He came out and measured and gave us suggestions. He did an amazing job installing the countertops. We couldn't be more pleased!!

Have to change my review. Bought a slab and have been given the run around on delivery fir 2 months. Use caution

I love this place! My wife and I bought countertops, sinks, faucets, and flooring through them and wow very affordable and quality products. Their guys did great on the installation of the countertops I can’t wait to go back to them for more renovations around the house!
