I just had Aldo come out for a dryer repair and could not believe how fast the service was. The scheduling team was very prompt in setting up the appointment and letting me know when he was on his way, which was very helpful for someone who works from home. Aldo was very professional and the prices were more than reasonable. We will be using Element in the future for any appliance repairs around the house.

I highly recommend working with Element Appliance Repair. We had just gotten back from an emergency stay at the hospital and realized our washing machine was broken. GE wasn't going to be able to send someone out for over a week. Luckily, I found Element Appliance Repair and was able to schedule an appointment for two days out. And when they had a last minute cancellation from another customer, they called to see if we were available that day instead. Aldo, the owner and repair man, even helped my husband move our dryer on and off of the washing machine, since no one else was available to help. Aldo was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly, and he absolutely saved us. It's such a relief to finally have laundry service again! We will absolutely be using Element Appliance Repair
