DO NOT USE- ended up costing $343 to have a tech come out and rewire one GFCI outlet and one ceiling fan light fixture, and customer service is poor. Several issues: 1. They charge a $99 fee just for a technician to come to your property- that does not include ANY work being done. 2. They charge a SEPARATE $134 diagnostic fee. this is where the technician will investigate problems with what you request 3. This is not explained AT ALL during the appointment-making process. 4. I had built my schedule around the initial appointment, which they canceled and asked to move back, so I agreed. The day of my rescheduled appointment, I had to call to ensure a technician was still coming out as it was 30 minutes into my rescheduled appointment time slot and I had not heard anything. Since we had used Elements Electric Services for another job and we were very happy with their service, we decided to use them again for the electrical repair. Came out within a couple of hours of our call.The job was completed very efficiently and I would not hesitate to recommend both Jim and Kyle of Elements Electric Services for any electrical needs. Elements Electric Services does a quality job. They are not into the quick and dirty type of service. We were impressed with the time that Elements Electric Services took to discuss what we needed and prepare an estimate; the quality work they did and assurance that the work complied with county building codes.Great service!!
