Elevated Remodeling

Appointment was moved multiple times, started install at 4pm (scheduled for 8am). Took about 5 hours for 5 windows, the crew working outside by spotlights. Inside and outside areas not cleaned up 100% as promised. Nails and other sharp scraps found in driveway after install. QA Manger reviewed site and heard our concerns. They will be returning to cleanup and fix some minor window issues. Otherwise the windows are constructed well and we are pleased. Love the lifetime warranty. Only giving 3 stars, at this time.

Elevated Remodeling is truly a class act. From our first meeting with Elena, the sales representative, to the QC rep who came by to inspect the finished work, we experienced nothing but professionalism and expertise throughout the entire process. The windows are top quality. For the first time since living in our home, the inside of the windows are actually warm to the touch. This is a big deal because we used to have to cover our old windows with plastic every winter just to keep the cold out. Here’s to never having to do that again—unreal. At first, I was a little surprised by the slightly darker appearance of the new windows. A three star basically averaging the quality of the work (generally pretty good) with the quality of the experience (incredibly frustrating). The good: Our old roof was taken down and the new one installed in just one day. Very fast and efficient which is especially helpful in New Jersey. Quality appears to be good but that's hard to be certain of after only a couple of weeks. A few finishing touches were missed but that's both to be expected and will be taken care of. The bad: Elevated is a frustrating company to deal with since they don't give you a point of contact for your job. You get a list of a half dozen numbers to call, none of which satisfy the "I need to speak to the person who knows what's going on with my job" requirement when the inevitable questions arise on site. From the salesman who was very patient, clear and professional, who gave me good terms and discounts with the pricing. He was transparent and i was impressed. I took notes the entire time because it was so informative. I was very impressed with Caitlin who called me following my visit with the salesman. She made me feel heard and it was important to feel that she was there for me. The communication throughout was excellent. The installers were very polite and covered my floors on this snowy day. The were accommodating with my condition and very considerate. One window arrived broken but they seem to be prompt about ordering the replacement sash.

Communication was excellent and the crew arrived on time. The work team was 100% professional and courteous. The project included 17 windows and was completed in 1 day. I absolutely love the quality of my new windows. They are beautiful and add some much to my home. I highly recommend Elevated Remodeling. A great company all the way around.
