Elevations by Hines: Cabinetry - Millwork - Windows

Not open at 4:15PM, even though the signs clearly state they are open until 5PM. I drove an hour to this location, after finding out the Montgomery location only had patio decking. Who is in charge of these signs. After 2 strikes, I will not use Hines. So not ONE PERSON WHO WORKS THERE CANNOT CHANGE THE 3 signs that say OPEN UNTIL 5PM? If you can’t even do a simple thing like that, how would I trust you to order my cabinets and windows?

We met with Jeff and he took us through his designs and showed us a bunch of samples to choose from. He was able to edit our kitchen cabinets on the spot which made it very easy to see the final product. We are very excited to see our new kitchen cabinets.

I bought a large, high-end Andersen window here LAST YEAR and still have not gotten a screen. Window came without it. I had to beg Gabe to call me back. I waited months for the screen to arrive. First one was bent. More months. Management called me and I was so hopeful that he would make sure I was taken care of! Bad news. Second screen didn't fit. I am again waiting for a screen, with no word from Gabe. It's been A YEAR since I ordered my very expensive window, and they just really don't seem to care at all.

I visited the showroom in St. Charles to request a quote for windows and spoke with the sales manager, Tyler Becker. He assured me that a sales representative would provide a quote within two days. However, after waiting for four days and following up with Tyler Becker, he promised to call the sales rep and get back to me, but I never received a callback or a quote. I made multiple attempts to contact them, leaving messages, but I never received a response. Don't waste your time with this place. One star.

I don't think I've ever written a negative review; however, I am so incredibly disappointed in my experience with Hines that I think it's important for me to warn other potential customers. I ordered cabinetry from them MONTHS ago- it was delivered twice with an error both times (once they were missing an entire panel and then the second time they delivered the panel in the wrong stain color). Hines nor Dura Supreme did nothing to compensate us for the inconvenience or delay. Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced with a supplier.
