Bill K. quickly diagnosed a balky boiler - a boiler that would turn itself off after a few minutes of running. Now the boiler heat has run continuously for 30 minutes. Good job! < I am writing on the day that Mike and Todd installed our new boiler. Mike checked thermostats, all good. He and Todd left the installation area spotless. I have talked with everyone in the trucks and office - all highly qualified.

We needed vents installed in all 3 of our bathrooms and canvassed different companies to help us. Elfords came back the most cost effective and were able to accommodate our schedule the soonest. Their techs were very knowledgeable and skilled and completed the job quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned up well after the job was done. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future.

The guys from Elfords Heating and Cooling did an outstanding job installing the heating and air to our 50 year old condo here in Ypsilanti…From the start…our conservations with the girl back in the office to the two gentleman who did the installation to check in’s from Mr. Alford…we are extremely pleased pleased!! Excellent service!! Technician was able to help us replacing the furnace inducer in quick time and helped me to clear all the questions. I would definitely recommend them.

My experience was really good. Bill came out to my place and showed me how the change media in my hot water heater. He also told me how else to maintain my heater. He didn't rush in and out. He took his time to address my concerns.
